The majority of Americans, both right and left-leaning, love this country. There is a small group of paid agitators, useful idiots, who are exploited for propaganda by a subversive power. These people are often unknowing or naive about the true nature of the cause they support. This song is a plea to the great majority to look past our differences, to reject violence, and to rediscover a shared love for our country and one another before it is too late.
